Ariel Blaha joined Marshall Furniture in 2007 as a member of the sales support staff, ultimately becoming a Sales Engineer in 2007. In 2017, she was promoted to her current position, Sales Manager. Her objective is to create streamline processes for sales forecasting and target ways to increase customer awareness of Marshall Furniture’s product offerings. As a fellow member of the sales team, Ariel also manages several customer accounts through quoting, design, and project management. Ariel is passionate about working with visualization tools to produce 3D models and color renderings for project support documentation. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring county parks and trails with her husband and two young sons, participating in 5Ks, and trying out new recipes.

Tom Feldkamp

Tom Feldkamp joined Marshall Furniture in 2001 as a Sales Engineer. As the company grew, he was promoted to the role of Sales Manager, which he held until 2017, when he assumed his current position as Director of Business Development. In this role, Tom researches market trends, collaborates with sales, production, and managing partners to develop new product ideas, and explores possible leads to expand the company’s dealer and client base. He enjoys discovering new opportunities to grow Marshall Furniture’s brand and increase sales. In addition to his work in business development, Tom is also a part of the marketing team, where he assists with campaign ideas and implementation. When he is not working, he enjoys writing and recording music, spending time with his wife of 17 years, and watching his two sons play baseball.

Rachel Ciccarelli

Rachel Ciccarelli is a Sales Engineer that has been with Marshall Furniture since 2019. Rachel’s background in interior design has been valuable to her position facilitating sales through communication and design. The foundation of Rachel’s role as a Sales Engineer is forging relationships with clients, finding innovative solutions to AV integration problems through layout and design, and incorporating various other project requirements, like size, style, budget, and finish, to form a cohesive and functional presentation piece. The uniqueness of each project and day-to-day variation is her favorite aspect of sales. On weekends, you can find Rachel styling a shoot for her party blog, hiking one of Illinois’ great state parks, or designing a room in her new home.

Joyce Scharlow

Joyce Scharlow has been with Marshall Furniture since 2011 as a Sales Engineer. As a long-standing member of the sales team, Joyce is accustomed to quoting and drafting presentation furniture with AV-functionality for a variety of clientele, ranging from simple and stripped down to more complex, custom designs. Whether the project is a large scale overhaul or a single-piece request, Joyce is passionate about providing a seamless and successful experience for all parties involved. With a degree in English and background in writing, Joyce also provides marketing content for the company's social media pages and is the author of their business blog, which details topics in woodworking, custom furniture, and AV technology integration. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys painting, DIY projects, and spending time with her dog, Lola.

Michelle Wille

Michelle Wille started as an inside sales and customer service rep in 1999. Since then, she has held various positions culminating with her current role as a Managing Partner for Sales and Marketing. Michelle is responsible for creating and implementing new marketing and sales plans, supervising daily activities, and driving business growth together with her two co-partners. Collaboration and creativity fuel her daily routine, whether she is working with sales, marketing, or alongside the production team to expand her knowledge and vision within the company. In her free time, Michelle enjoys gardening, playing with her two dogs, and watching her two teenage sons at the baseball field.

Matt Wulfekuhle

Matt Wulfekuhle is a Sales Engineer that initially joined Marshall Furniture in 2015 as a Marketing and Sales Assistant. With a degree in Cinema and Communications and a background in local television news and radio, Matt’s prior AV industry experience has contributed to his work designing high-end, equipment-ready presentation furniture. He enjoys the networking opportunities his position provides to develop dealer relationships and is focused on providing creative design solutions to best serve the needs of each project. In addition to sales and design, Matt also runs Marshall Furniture’s CNC laser engraver and collaborates in tandem with skilled craftsmen on the production team to ensure furniture logo branding is the best quality available. Outside of Marshall Furniture, Matt participates in the Chicagoland television broadcast community, primarily assisting with high school sporting events. In his spare time, he enjoys creative writing with his wife and hiking with his dog, Mollee.
